"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self" I love movement and the power that it holds.

I truly enjoy sharing that passion with other people! Since starting to dance from the young age, I later then trained professionally in contemporary dance and had the chance to perform, create and teach professionally. This is when I have also discovered my love for yoga and realised the transformative powers that it holds, that were far more beyond physical. This took me on the journey to become

As you asked(shall I say @lisa_bennett413😏)we are focusing on arm balancing this month🤸

And whilst it might sound a little intimidating for some, it doesn’t mean we are spending the whole class being upside down
It just means that we are

-focusing on the areas that help with arm balancing and the entries to it 
- we are flowing through a regular vinyasa with some chances to be playful and explorative
- some hops, rocks, different entries, couple drills
- as always all the drills are an offer and you can take a leap, or stay with your grounded place

I love planning my open level classes around more challenging asanas/flows. 
I find that a lot of the times, when we see a challenge we tend to block ourselves from doing something without even trying it first.
However I often see that just by being playful, without judgement or expectations on ourselves, through the time we can achieve what we thought is impossible sometimes.
Always overcomeing the mental barrier first and then the physical follows.

Shall we challenge our perspective and flip it?

Friday 7.30-8.30am - you have the chance to fly more

Saturday 10.45-11.45 we are indulging in slower pace vinyasa with some yin postures with possible more gentler chance to invert if you fancy

Happy Holidays❤️🎄

And that’s my Christmas eve asana practice - I was determined to get it done, even with my little monkey climbing on me and making me to take short breaks for cuddles🥰 (they were very welcome)

Trying to stay grounded and connected during the Holiday season could be often a challenge.
So for this reason, maintaining my yoga practice on and off the mat is a must for me🙏

What keeps you grounded, often on this hectic season?

We are thrilled to welcome back the lovely GG to our weekly schedule! After taking time out to embrace the joys of mamahood, GG is back and ready to inspire us with a new class! 🙌

This high-intensity, full-body workout blends Pilates, yoga-inspired movements and dance to sculpt and tone while improving strength, flexibility, and mobility. Set to energising beats, it’s the perfect way to challenge your core, arms, thighs, and glutes!

This class is open to all including beginners...do what you can now and watch your strength, core and flexibility build with every session! Optional hand weights and resistance bands are available to add an extra challenge when you’re ready.
