Great weekend full of martial arts practice with a focus on Self Defence in the modern world. Practice of some skills and using martial arts to keep you and your loved ones out of harms way, get you out of trouble and keep you safe.
This camp was a great bolt on to regular practice of our system and a deep look at what really happens when you call on your skills and are they effective ? When you are not warmed up , not in your training kit, not on the soft matts of the gym surroundings, but when you are out in the real world

Our Wing Chun Instructor group met under the direction of at the Scuola Orientale In Loano and as always tested the skill , brushed up on the knowledge, explored and practiced a variety of technical aspects of the Art. We all move forward with a greater version of each other after our regular meetings and look forward to seeing you all again soon

Controlled sparring this week with some teenagers on a special workshop ….they had a great experience
Fight or Flight mode …?
paying attention to how the body reacts in fight mode hairs standing up on your arms , a little colour in the face , chemicals rush through the body , maybe a dry taste in your mouth , a little excitement and some fear , breathing change and maybe some fun
