Heron Mail 5th June 2026 Dear Parents and Carers,

Reminder tomorrow is a special day where our children will visit Heronshaw School for a fun filled enrichment day, where we grow the whole child for their future. Please remember to drop and collect your children at/ from Heronshaw School. See your letter for full details.
Your children will get to come in dressed as who they'd like to be when they grow up! The whole day will be an exciting opportunity for our little people to dream big and explore different vocations throughout the day.
We have Little City - Milton Keynes arriving early in the morning to set up a role play city for the children, as well as a local Beekeeper, Royal Mail and many parent talks about their occupations. The staff in school have all been busy preparing a range of activities which the children have self-selected for themselves to enjoy and take part in.
At the end of the day we invite our families to come and look at some of our Little People, Big Dream inspired book activities which will be laid out for parents to view (weather permitting).
We shall share with you photos of the day on our weekly Heronmail shared on Friday.

Heron Mail 22nd May 2026 Dear Parents and Carers,

We are so excited to be celebrating this day! Please see details in your letter sent home and this post below from Heronshaw School

Aspirations Day! Mark your calendar for Thursday 4th June.

Children can come into school on this day dressed as someone they would like and aspire to be when they're older.

We are so excited to bring together our children at Heronshaw School and those from Heronshill School & Nursery to give them an enrichment day with Little City - Milton Keynes .

Through parent and carer fundraising we have been able to raise funds to bring together a full enrichment day for our children focusing on Inspiring them to Grow and consider what they'd like to Achieve when they're older.

As part of this exciting day we'd like to invite parents into school to deliver some inspiring talks on different professions that could potentially be available for our children in their future.

If you'd like to come into school to deliver a talk please talk to Mrs Calder or Mrs Bolger. We are very much looking forward to this day where our Little Learners will be inspired to Dream Big!
