Good morning. This week will be mostly sparring training (just shoulder touching for the beginners class) Mon 6pm, Weds 6pm, Weds 11:15am. Beginners welcome. Families, children, teen's and adults.

I am a black belt qualified, First Aid trained, Insured, DBS checked, Safeguarding and Prevent trained. Offering Karate classes to children from the age of 5.
