We’ve just refreshed and expanded the Subjects section inside the Go Green membership with a batch of new, more focused training videos.

We know not everyone wants to sit through a 2-hour recorded Zoom call just to get some help with one particular subject 😅 — so we’ve been working on making the content shorter, sharper and easier to use.

Hey - Laura here 👋🏻🥰

After 31 years within the driving instructor industry, an incredible chapter is coming to an end as Blaine prepares to retire from the industry.

Many of you will know Blaine from long before Go Green existed. He was one of the first to recognise the potential of online video training for PDIs, creating Driving Instructor TV (DITV) and helping to change the way instructor training could be delivered.

Lou, Blaine and I came together to create Go Green, something I'm incredibly honoured to have built alongside them both. Go Green will continue to grow, develop and move forward with myself & Deucalion now, but it does so from foundations that Lou, Blaine & I built together - and I'm incredibly proud of that.

I've had the privilege of working closely alongside Blaine for many years, and although this chapter is coming to an end for him, what he and Lou contributed will always remain part of Go Green's foundations.

Lou and Blaine were an incredible team, personally and professionally. They shared a passion for the industry, for doing things differently and for helping people become the very best instructors they could be.

We know there are many instructors out there whose careers began with DITV or Go Green, who watched Blaine's videos while training, learned from him along the way, or simply got to know him over his many years in the industry, so we'd love you to join us in saying a huge thank you to Blaine for everything he has given to the industry, and in wishing him a very happy and well earned retirement 💚

Blaine will be joining us at the ADINJC & Intelligent Instructor Conference on 27th September in Solihull, and he'd love to see some familiar faces - and plenty of new ones - before he hangs up his instructor trainer hat for good.

So if you're attending, please come and say hello, share a memory, and help us give Blaine the send off he deserves. If you have good memories, funny stories, or achievements where Blaine had contributed, we'd love to hear them in the comments! 💚

Laura and I were chatting and thought it might be really nice to organise a little Go Green social sometime soon 😊 There has been a lot of interest from many of our wonderful PDIs
