My philosophy is 2 fold:

Firstly, clutter is often not about the stuff. It’s about the emotions that we wrap round the stuff. After all, a pen is just a pen, even if it’s an expensive one. But if it’s the pen your late husband gave you as your wedding anniversary gift shortly before he died, then it becomes something special. Getting rid of clutter can also be difficult because we’re afraid of ma

king the wrong decision about something. Secondly, coaching is better than cleaning or consulting. Coaching helps you to become self-sufficient with decluttering skills and everything that goes with them. That’s the decision making process around what to keep and what to let go of, as well as what to buy and whether to buy in the future. Coaching is about helping people change their behaviour because that’s what they want to do. It means you make the change in your own way, in your own time. This applies as much for decluttering as it does for changing eating, drinking or smoking habits. Sometimes we can't get on with life because something is in the way. Our clutter can be one of the things that stops us. I will help you find your way ahead, in your own way. So if that's you, and you're in Hampshire, Dorset or Surrey, just get in touch here on FaceBook or via the website. I am a registered nurse with 25 years' experience, so used to helping people when they need it most. I know the satisfaction people feel after a cleansing clearing-out session – it's their huge smile and long, happy sigh. My coaching qualification is with Barefoot Coaching. This is a course accredited by the University of Chester. I have a CRB (now called DBS Disclosure and Barring Service) check annually. See https://www.gov.uk/disclosure-barring-service-check/overview for more. This is the criminal records check all medical professionals and those working with vulnerable individuals have to ensure eligibility for their work. I feel this is important as a guest in your home, working with you at what may be a difficult time, and seeing parts of your home that only your family may see.
