🎪 What a way to finish our summer sessions!

I absolutely LOVED our circus class on Tuesday ❤️

We rolled up, rolled up, juggled, balanced, sang, signed and generally caused a suitable amount of circus-themed chaos 😂

And just like that, our summer specials are DONE!

Thank you so much to everyone who came along to a class over the summer. It’s been so lovely seeing familiar faces and meeting lots of new little ones too.

🍂 Maybe this is the term you finally give it a go.

Maybe you’ve been following me for ages.

Maybe you’ve seen the signing videos and wondered whether your baby could really learn to do that.

Maybe you’ve nearly booked before, but worried everyone else would already know what they were doing.

Or maybe you’ve just found me and thought… this actually looks like my kind of baby class.

So, hello 👋

Happy Little Signers autumn term is now open for booking.

And you absolutely do NOT need to know any signs before you come.

You don’t need a baby who’ll sit nicely on your knee.

You don’t need to be good at singing.

You don’t even need to arrive having had a particularly successful morning. 😂

Just come as you are.

I’ll teach you simple BSL signs you can start using at home to boost your child’s communication, sing plenty of songs, set up amazing sensory landscapes to let the little ones explore and, importantly, make time for a cuppa and an actual conversation with other grown-ups too.

Because Happy Little Signers has never really been just about learning to sign.

It’s about giving your little one another way to communicate.

It’s about connection.

And it’s about having somewhere in your week where both of you are genuinely welcome. 💛

It’s kinda chic teaching you lot (Jumping on the trend 🤭)

And after a fantastic summer of specials, I am SO ready to do it all over again.

To meet the brand new babies coming through the door for the first time.
To watch those first little signs appear.
To see the babies turn into toddlers who have a lot to say.
To drink tea, sing ridiculous songs, stack my car boot up with enough props to sink a ship, make a mess, wear silly headbands have a chat and somehow squeeze a bit of BSL in there too.

There’s something really special about the start of an autumn term. 🍂

New faces. Familiar faces. Tiny babies who’ll be sitting, crawling, signing and chatting before we know it. And another whole term of watching these little people realise that they can tell us what they’re thinking.

🎪 ROLL UP, ROLL UP… WE’RE OFF TO THE CIRCUS! 🎪

Join Hoppy Bunny and I on Tuesday 25th August as we use a little imagination to step inside our very own Happy Little Signers big top!

Through songs, signs, props and sensory play, we’ll explore all the fun of the circus together. We’ll meet some cheeky clown characters, practise our juggling, stomp and roar like circus animals and discover what else is hiding inside the big top. 🤡🤹🦁

And amongst all the silliness, there’s plenty of learning happening too.

We’ll be using British Sign Language signs alongside speech, helping little ones build their understanding of language, develop early communication skills and discover new ways to express themselves before all their words arrive.

🎪 9.30am | TODDLERS
A lively adventure with lots of opportunities to move, explore, join in and make plenty of noise!

👶 11am | BABIES
A gentler circus adventure filled with songs, signs, movement, colourful props and sensory experiences to discover together.

📍 St Peter’s Church Hall, Elworth

Fancy dress is very welcome if you’d like to join in with the theme, but never essential. 💛

🦁🐘 WE’RE GOING TO THE ZOO! 🦒🐒

Looking for something lovely to do with your little one tomorrow?

Come and join Hoppy Bunny and me for a wild summer adventure as Happy Little Signers heads to the zoo! 🌿

We’ll be signing, singing and exploring our way around the animals with a fun sensory story, themed props, music, bubbles and plenty of opportunities for little ones to play, move and get involved.

And while they’re having fun, there’s lots of learning happening too! 💛

We use British Sign Language signs alongside speech, giving babies and toddlers another way to communicate before all their words have arrived. Signing can help build understanding, support speech and language development, reduce frustration and give little ones the wonderful experience of being able to make themselves understood.

🦁 9.30am | TODDLERS
A lively zoo adventure for little explorers who love to move, join in and discover!

🐘 11am | BABIES
A gentler sensory adventure filled with songs, signs, fascinating things to see and plenty of opportunities for connection.

📍 Middlewich
🎟️ £10 per family, including siblings!

So if you’ve got an older or younger sibling at home for the summer holidays, bring them along too. No need to find childcare or pay twice. 💛

Had a lovely few hours in the Fairytale land this morning with my Summer Sessions in Elworth.

Picture toddlers tearing around with pirate swords, galloping away on unicorns, hiding in the princesses tower and blowing fire as dragons!

Also picture cute babies dressed as kings, wearing their cutest forest animal outfit, sitting prettily with fairy wings on , oh and wrestling a giant octopus 😂

Pack your imagination as we head off on a wild zoo adventure!

We’ll be signing and singing our way around the zoo, meeting all sorts of amazing animals through themed sensory play, engaging props and lots of fun.

It’s the perfect way to build communication skills while making magical memories together! 🦒🐵
