The nursery team recently transformed a corner of the playground into a little garden space! 🤩🌿

Featuring woodchip mulch for natural earthy flooring (very good for putting the diggers to work!) and a variety of plants including our nursery strawberries which we’re excited to see are coming along nicely! 🚜🍓

Today is the 6 month anniversary of Zizus @ Pavilion! 🥳

We can’t believe it’s been half a year already since we re-opened the doors at Pavilion, now as part of the Zizus nursery family! 🎉

By stepping in during the closure of the previous nursery, we wanted to make sure local children and families could keep having the support they need - and it has been a wonderful journey making this happen! 💙

At Zizus, Joyful June is all about slowing down, noticing the magic in everyday moments, and celebrating the joy our children bring into the world.

On 5th June our Operations Director Nicci is taking part in the Headlight Hike Into the Light, walking 10 miles through the night from Cod Beck Reservoir and along the Cleveland Way.

She’ll set off at 10:30pm and walk right through to sunrise; a really symbolic journey from darkness into light.

Nicci is raising funds for the Headlight Project, a charity working to reduce deaths by su***de in the Tees Valley. Sadly, our region has some of the highest rates in the country, and the impact on families, workplaces and communities is huge.

The Headlight Project supports people who’ve been bereaved by su***de, offers therapy when it’s needed most, and works with schools, businesses and community groups to help prevent more lives being lost.

If you’re able to sponsor her, even a small amount genuinely makes a difference. It helps someone access support at the hardest moment of their life and brings hope to families who really need it.
