📅 Zizus Milestones: Expanding to our second nursery! 📅

Another big step for Zizus was taking on our second nursery just last year in Grove Hill! But do you know the story of how this happened?

Back in 2025 the former Little Learners Nursery was about to close, leaving the local community without access to the Early Years services they needed...

Our Operations Director Nicola Knight saw this happening and decided to take a big leap - taking over the nursery as part of an expanded Zizus family!

With existing experienced staff and a fresh Zizus ideas, Zizus Day Care at The Hub - Grove Hill opened on 1st September 2025, starting a new chapter of childcare at The Community Hub at Grove Hill 🎉

Since then we've made so many amazing memories at Grove Hill, culminating in our Graduation & Summer Party just last month where we celebrated our wonderful Class of 2026 and all their incredible achievements! 💙

A big thank you to the wonderful team & local families for making this milestone possible, we look forward to many more special memories at Grove Hill 🫶

🎂 Did you know today marks one year since Zizus Day Care at The Hub began? 🤯

It was on this day last year that Team Zizus officially signed the papers to give a new lease of life to what was the Little Learners Nursery 🎉

From there our community started a new chapter at Grove Hill and it's been incredible to share this journey with our brilliant nursery team and wonderful local families! 💚❤️💛💙

🎓☀️ What a wonderful way to celebrate the end of the year! ☀️🎓

We had a fantastic time at our Graduation & Summer Party, celebrating all of our amazing children and their achievements. There were lots of smiles and laughter as everyone enjoyed party games, explored the bouncy castle, and proudly received their graduation certificates. 🎉🏰📜

It was so lovely to see so many parents and carers join us to celebrate this special milestone. Thank you for helping make the day so memorable and for your continued support throughout the year.

To all of our wonderful children who are moving on to school, we wish you the very best of luck for your next adventure. We are so proud of everything you have achieved and know you will all go on to do amazing things. 🌟❤️

We hope everyone has a wonderful summer filled with fun, laughter, and special memories. We can't wait to welcome back the children who are staying with us and look forward to meeting lots of new friends when the new term begins.

What a fantastic Sports Day we had at nursery! 🏅

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful parents and carers who joined in with the races — your enthusiasm made the day even more special for the children.

Our little athletes had a brilliant time cheering each other on, taking part in the activities and celebrating their achievements. The fun continued with an amazing water blast battle, where children and families enjoyed cooling off together in the sunshine! 💦

To finish the day, everyone received medals, certificates and a well-deserved ice cream. 🍦

🦋 A Magical Transformation! 🐛✨

Our nursery children have loved watching one of nature's most incredible journeys unfold right before their eyes. Over the past few weeks, they carefully observed tiny caterpillars grow, form their chrysalises, and finally emerge as beautiful butterflies.

Then was the most exciting part of all – releasing the butterflies into the world! 🌸🦋 There were smiles, wonder, and lots of excited waving as the butterflies spread their wings and flew away.

This hands-on experience has sparked curiosity, encouraged patience, and helped our children learn about life cycles, growth, and caring for living things. What a wonderful way to bring learning to life!

We are so proud of our little nature explorers and can't wait for our next adventure! 💚
