We are thrilled to announce that we have received additional funding from Middlesbrough Council, meaning even more families can access our SEND activities completely FREE! 🌟

Funding is no longer limited to children receiving benefit-related free school meals. Your family may also qualify if:

🖤 You receive Universal Credit
💛 You are from a low-income household with savings below £6,000
🖤 A family member has a CR1 form

If any of these apply, simply select an activity listing with CRF in the title to book your free place.

🇨🇦🖤💖 Day 2 in Montreal... and the Black & Pink Community showed the world exactly what makes Cheer Starz so special! 💖🖤🇨🇦

What a day it has been!

We started the morning with another fantastic training session, and the athletes were simply tremendous. They worked incredibly hard, gave everything they had and, of course, managed to squeeze in a little fun too... including a very well-deserved game of Chicken in the House! 🐔😂

Next up, it was time to cheer on England in the World Cup before heading straight into one of the highlights of the trip... the AIA Global Parade! 🌍🎉

The streets of Montreal came alive with dancing, singing, laughter and an incredible atmosphere. Our athletes, coaches and families embraced every single moment, proudly representing Cheer Starz, making new friendships and showing everyone exactly what the Black & Pink Community is all about. 🖤🩷

The day concluded with the spectacular Opening Ceremony of the AIA Global Tournament, followed by the Cultural Exchange, where athletes from across the world came together to celebrate their countries, cultures and shared love of cheerleading. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

As coaches, watching our athletes confidently represent England on the international stage fills us with immense pride. The memories being created will stay with them for a lifetime.💕

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to every single parent and family member. None of this would be possible without your unwavering support, encouragement and belief in your children. We are incredibly grateful for everything you do and for trusting us to be part of this amazing journey.✨

🇨🇦🖤💖 Another Hello from Montreal! 💖🖤🇨🇦

Just another little update to keep our Black & Pink Community following our journey! 🖤 💖

What an amazing day it’s been for Team Shimmer as they continue their AIA Global Tournament experience.

Alongside some fantastic sightseeing around the beautiful city of Montreal, the athletes enjoyed a second training session at the iconic Verdun Auditorium, giving them another opportunity to become familiar with the competition venue and continue fine-tuning their routine. 💯

The athletes and coaches were also delighted to receive some wonderful gifts courtesy of AIA and ICC, making the experience even more memorable. 🇨🇦🎁

Of course, no visit to Canada would be complete without sampling a little liquid gold... a dash of authentic Canadian maple syrup! 🍁😋

There were plenty of adventures too, including navigating the Montreal Metro and, during training, a little fun with some teddy rolls to keep spirits high and smiles even bigger! 🧸😂

Most importantly, the team are in fantastic spirits. They are embracing every opportunity, supporting one another, representing Cheer Starz with pride and creating memories that will stay with them for a lifetime.

Tomorrow, the focus starts to shift even more towards competition, and we can’t wait to see these amazing athletes take to the floor.
