🍂🌳 Autumn Adventures! 🌳🍂

Today we took the children out for a lovely autumn walk, enjoying the fresh air and exploring all the beautiful changes happening around us. 🍁🍃

The children loved spotting the different coloured leaves, collecting fallen leaves and talking about how the trees change as we move into autumn.

🌿 There are so many benefits to getting outdoors, including:
🍂 Supporting physical development through walking, climbing and exploring
🧠 Encouraging curiosity, observation and early learning
🌳 Developing an understanding of nature and the changing seasons
❤️ Supporting children’s wellbeing and giving them space to relax and explore
👫 Building confidence, communication and social skills
🌬️ Enjoying fresh air and being active outdoors

Sometimes the simplest adventures create the best learning opportunities! 🍁❤️

Autumn, we’re ready for you! 🍂🧡

End of an Era ❤️🌈

That’s a wrap for another amazing year at Teacher time!!

As we close our doors for the summer, we’re feeling so proud of every single one of our children. It’s always bittersweet saying goodbye to those who are leaving us to begin their next adventure at big school.

Watching you all grow in confidence, make friendships, learn new skills, and create so many wonderful memories has been a privilege. We know you’ll all go on to do amazing things, and we’ll miss your smiling faces so much.

Thank you to all of our wonderful families for your continued support throughout the year. We hope everyone has a fantastic, safe, and fun-filled summer!

Good luck to all of our school starters – you’re more than ready for your next chapter. 🌈🎒💛

🦆 Our Duckling Adventure! 🦆

Today we enjoyed a wonderful trip to visit our ducklings and see how much they’ve grown since leaving the nursery. The children loved seeing how big they have become and talking about the changes they’ve noticed.

We also had the opportunity to collect fresh eggs, giving the children a real hands-on learning experience while discussing where our food comes from and how to care for animals.

To finish our adventure, everyone enjoyed a special chocolate treat for being such kind, curious, and respectful little explorers! 🍫

Experiences like these help children develop their understanding of the world, encourage curiosity, build confidence, and create lasting memories through real-life learning. 💛🦆

With the warm weather continuing, we’d like to remind everyone to help us keep the children safe in the sun.

Please ensure your child:

* Brings a named sun hat or cap to wear during outdoor play.

Our staff can assist children with reapplying sun cream throughout the day. Please ensure your child brings a clearly labelled bottle of suncream to nursery.
Thank you 🌈
