Just a reminder for those wanting to try basketball, their training is tonight 7-9 in Olympia. This would be a great chance to get your fitness up and have a go at another sport!

Massive well done and thank you to those who turned up yesterday! Hope you all enjoyed yourselves, and have begun to build your confidence up on the court!

Just a reminder of the October Challenge!...
How long can you stand on your toes in the defensive position! on Thursday 26th (2 weeks time) you'll have your chance to compete against everyone and see if you can win! The winner will get put into a raffle for the end, with a chance to win some England Netball Goodies!

When defending, think of where you are on the court and what type of stretch you will be doing.... Use your core to hold the stretch!

Look forward to seeing you all next Thursday (19th) 5-7 in Olympia! Remember these sessions are now open to everyone! All club members, house mates, course mates, etc...!

At tonight’s training I’ll be talking to girls in team 4 and 5 about this back to netball festival next Sunday 10-2! Travel will be arranged if there is enough who can commit! 10 girls equates to £4 each (for 4 hours of netball!!) unreal deal if you ask me!

Hey Everyone,

First UNO session is THIS THURSDAY (12th) at Olympia 5-7!

For the first hour it will be netball 4ths and 5ths! The second hour will be for all club members (inc 4ths and 5ths), housemates, course mates etc etc.

The session will be £1 for either the 1 hour or 2 hours. This money goes back into the UNO fund for tournaments, charity events and the end of year meal (with awards)

UNO sessions are fun, and focus on what you guys want to do and improve on!

We will have regular match play, with friendlies being organised for our 4th and 5th teams!

There is a range of netball going on at Teesside, from a friendly and competitive Campus League, Netball Now, fundraisers and charity tournaments.

For more competitive matches trial for one of the Universities BUCS teams, playing against other Universities every Wednesday.

The first social netball session will be Thursday October 12th, 5pm- 7pm in Olympia.
