And that’s a wrap on our Pony Club 5 Day Summer Rally! What a fantastic final day! 🐴✨

Today was all about putting the skills learnt throughout the week into practice, with our Best Rider Competition, Turnout Competition and Pony Club Games, as well as learning all about bits and how different types work.

And then came the moment everyone had been waiting for… the results! 🏆

Over the course of the week, our Pony Clubbers have taken part in a whole range of competitions, with rosettes and points all building towards our overall trophies.

A massive well done to every single Pony Clubber who took part. You’ve all worked incredibly hard, learnt new skills, supported each other and shown what Pony Club is all about — riding, horsemanship, teamwork, kindness and having fun with ponies. 💚

Thank you to our coaches, helpers and, of course, our wonderful ponies for making the week so special.

Pony Club 5 Day Summer Rally – Day 4 🐴☀️Part 1

Day 4 of our The Pony Club 5 Day Summer Rally and another brilliant day of learning, riding and, of course, plenty of ways to keep everyone — ponies included — cool! 💦🐴

Today we were joined by Gina Cook - Veterinary Physiotherapy for a hands-on physio and massage session for the ponies. The Pony Clubbers got stuck in, learning how to help keep our horses feeling their best.

Then it was time for our Handy Pony competition! 🏆 This one was all about accuracy, control and skill rather than speed, with the Pony Clubbers having to carefully negotiate the course and show great partnership with their ponies. 👏

We finished the riding with a fun ride including ba****ck and jockey style riding, followed by plenty of water, washing off and cooling down for our ponies. 💦🧽 The Pony Clubbers got their own special treat too — ice pops! 🍦😋

Another fantastic day of our rally, with just one more day to go! Tomorrow brings our final day and, of course, the all-important River Sunshine Trophy… 🏆👀

Who will take the trophy? We’ll find out tomorrow! 💙🐴
