It was so lovely to have everyone back in the studio tonight! ❤️🖤 Some brilliant work in classes and lots of practice going into our upcoming exams! 💪🏼🏆

A special shoutout to Dotty, who smashed her very first one-to-one lesson tonight! 🌟 And to our two superstars Lilliarna & Violet, who have been working super hard towards their reward charts! ⭐️

⭐️ SUMMER INTENSIVE BOOT CAMP! ⭐️

Wow what a great day with this bunch of superstars! A fully planned day packed with Stamina, Endurance, Strength, Conditioning, Flexibility and Technique! Oh and of course we had a bounce around on our brand new AcroPad to top the day off 😍

Well done to everyone today, we didn’t just want to drill but we wanted you all to really focus on the purpose of the exercises. We hope you all learnt something and left feeling challenged in a good way!

We can’t wait to be back on Monday!! See you all back in class next week ❤️🖤
