More Than Just a Toilet Block…
Here at Cleveland Sitesafe Ltd we recently supplied this bespoke public toilet block as part of the Wigmore Park regeneration in Luton.

Designed to complement the existing park facilities, the building's external paint finish was carefully colour matched to the café already on site, ensuring the new installation blends seamlessly into its surroundings.

The completed facility comprises:

🚻 2 unisex toilet cubicles
♿ 1 fully accessible toilet

As the project progressed, the client identified an additional operational requirement and placed a separate order for a dedicated cleaner's store, providing secure on-site storage for cleaning equipment and helping to keep the facilities maintained to a high standard.

The client was also impressed with our anti-vandal waste and service covers, which provide robust protection for external services while maintaining a neat appearance. Following the toilet block installation, they ordered additional covers to protect the waste and service connections on the existing café building too.

Projects like this demonstrate the flexibility of modular construction—not only delivering high-quality public facilities but also adapting to evolving client requirements and providing practical solutions that add long-term value.

This week, Cleveland SiteSafe had the pleasure of attending an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour at Teesside Airport ✈️
It was a fantastic opportunity to see first-hand the major development works transforming the airport, including the design, fabrication, and construction of new industrial buildings. The visit provided valuable insight into the engineering, project management, and on-site coordination involved in delivering large-scale infrastructure within a complex aviation environment.
