If you would like to book onto this trip please pop in to talk to Newport community hub - Monday-Thursday 9-4.30pm. Please take cash to pay for your seats and any children under 2 are free (they will need to sit on a parents knee on the coach). It should be a good day!!

🏃 Sensory Summer challenge: build an obstacle course

Create a simple course using cushions, cardboard boxes, hoops or safe household items. Children could crawl under, step over, move around or travel across different surfaces.

Obstacle courses and activities involving climbing, rolling, pushing or changing direction can support movement, body awareness and motor planning. Activities should always be appropriate for the child’s age and abilities.

Let your child help design the course and offer different ways to take part. There is no need to race!
