Good morning,

As the weather is again predicted to be warm today and for the rest of the week, we recommend that children wear clothing that will help them to stay cool. To support with this, they may wear school PE kit regardless of whether they have PE.

Can we also ask that they are wearing sunscreen to protect from the high UV levels and bring a sun hat and/or sunglasses.

We will ensure that water is easily accessible throughout the remainder of the week and that air conditioning is used effectively to support them remaining cool.

Just to let year 3 parents know. The children will not return until 5.30pm. They have been held up by traffic.

Afternoon all,

Just wanted to give a little update. We are going to be showing the England game in school on Monday morning.

We know that the England match is on very early on Monday morning and the children will be keen to watch it. To support with that, each classroom will be showing the game, so if they sleep through it and can avoid seeing the score they will be able to enjoy the game with their peers in school! Should they choose to, they can also wear an England shirt.
