Today Josh, a strong indoor climber, had his first taste of real rock. Almscliffe on bank holiday was pretty busy but after a spot of bouldering we managed to tick 3 great climbs on the Low Man, including the classic Fluted Columns HVD***.
Josh was very interested in gear placement and had a real good practice on the ground and up the descent gullies, before heading over for a free hanging abseil near Black Wall. Even naughty little sister Grace joined in for that one.
