Results day can feel like a defining moment for young people, particularly when expectations are high or outcomes do not match what they had hoped for.

Our latest guide supports parents, carers and educators in helping young people approach results day with perspective, reassurance and confidence.

The guide explores:
• Setting the tone early and reducing pressure before the day
• Normalising different outcomes and preparing for next steps
• Staying calm, present and supportive when results arrive
• Exploring options and alternative pathways together
• Encouraging reflection without rumination
• Celebrating strengths, qualities and achievements beyond grades

With clear, practical advice, this resource helps adults support young people before, during and after results day, whatever their outcomes.

Remembering Monty Roberts, Horseman, who inspired our JoinUp. Horses and young people; the principles are the same.

Thank you for all you have given to the equine world. We will remember you and your work lives on through the lives of the children we teach. The Montana Project

Join-Up® is more than a technique—it’s a conversation.

When we learn to read a horse’s body language and respond with clarity, patience, and understanding, something remarkable happens: the horse begins to choose partnership.

Join-Up® isn’t about control or submission. It’s about creating a relationship built on trust, where the horse willingly looks to you for guidance because they feel safe, understood, and respected.

Learning Join-Up® teaches far more than what happens in the round pen. It changes the way you communicate with your horse in every interaction—from leading and grooming to riding and simply spending time together.

When you understand the Language of Equus™, you begin to see your horse differently. And when your horse feels understood, everything changes.

Discover Join-Up® and experience the power of trust-based horsemanship through our courses at the Monty Roberts International Learning Center.

Spending time outdoors can play an important role in children’s wellbeing, learning, confidence and development.

However, busy routines, safety concerns and limited access to outdoor space can make it harder for families, schools and carers to prioritise time in nature.

Our latest guide shares simple, practical ideas to help children reconnect with the natural world, including:
• Noticing wildlife during everyday routines
• Taking familiar activities outside
• Creating mini adventures
• Growing plants or building nature at home
• Using technology to identify birdsong, insects and wildlife
• Supporting older children with independence and sensible risk-taking

With realistic ideas for all ages, the guide helps make outdoor time feel accessible, enjoyable and worthwhile.
