🌱🧸 Developing Our Nurture Nest at Paskals Day Nursery 💛

We’re so excited to be developing our Nurture Nest here at Paskals Day Nursery, alongside our Baby Room — creating a dedicated space designed to support children who may benefit from a little extra emotional, social or developmental support.

🚧 It’s not finished yet… but we’re getting there!

👀✨ We can’t wait to see the space come together and share the finished Nurture Nest with you all. 💕

Our Nurture Nest will provide:
🧸 A calm, safe space away from the busy nursery environment when children need it.
💛 Support with emotions, confidence and relationships
🗣️ Opportunities to develop communication and social skills
🌱 Support with settling into nursery and preparing for school

We’re putting lots of love, thought and care into creating a warm and welcoming space where every child feels safe, valued, understood and supported to thrive. 🌈

We’re officially all painted and starting to get some of the furniture in place. 🥰 There’s still a few more bits of furniture and finishing touches to come, but it’s already starting to feel like a lovely, welcoming space for the little ones. 💕🧸

Another little baby room update! 🥰💛

Our walls have been freshly painted, creating a calm, cosy and welcoming environment for our little ones. 🌿✨ We’re loving how fresh and peaceful the room feels — the perfect space for our babies to relax, play and feel safe and secure. 🧸🤍

Another exciting day of progress in our new baby room! 💛

We've had lots more deliveries arrive today, with furniture being delivered and a wonderful selection of resources ready to be set up. It's coming together, and we can't wait to welcome our little ones into their new environment.

We're especially excited to introduce heuristic play opportunities. Heuristic play encourages babies and young children to explore and discover using everyday objects and natural materials, helping to develop their curiosity, creativity, problem-solving skills and independence through open-ended play.

There's still plenty to do, but we're getting closer every day. We can't wait to share more updates as we continue creating a warm, inspiring and nurturing space for our babies. 👶✨
