Dosbarth Miss. Warren - Our Year 6 have had an incredible week — National Tests completed, outdoor learning adventures (including cooking on an open fire from our Gwaunfarren 100), a brilliant final Sports Day, and a special prize for their incredible fundraising efforts - raising over £200 for a local Refuge in their sponsored Big Sleep Out Appeal. What a fantastic effort from an amazing group 🌟

Year 4 enjoyed meeting news presenter Hannah Thomas. They looked at the stories she had covered during the flooding in storm Dennis and storm Bert. The pupils asked questions about her experience reporting these events.

Yr 3/4 have had another busy week, National Tests completed, Sports Day achieved and a special visitor from ITV news, reporter Hannah Thomas came to speak to us about covering the Welsh flooding and storms.

Hive Class - The Hive are starting to explore the topic “Under the sea” we learnt about animals and enjoyed lots of sensory play!

This week, Year 2 have been very busy! 🌟
The children have worked hard completing their National Tests and have shown fantastic resilience throughout. We also had a brilliant time at Sports Day, cheering each other on and having lots of fun! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
We've enjoyed some well-earned time relaxing, playing and exploring in our outdoor learning environment too.

Year 1 - We’ve had another busy week this week. Yesterday we enjoyed our Sports Day and this afternoon we enjoyed building dens in our outdoor area. We used our problem solving and collaboration skills when working in groups to build our dens. ⛺️🥰

This week in reception we have had another session of drumming , a learn with me session, sports day and an outdoor session. Whew!

Nursery - We enjoyed toasting marshmallows and hunting for bugs during our outdoor learning session this week.
