We are back training inside at Trelewis Community Centre on Tuesday 4th May! 😃🥋

New starters are welcome and the first 2 lessons are free! ⭐️

Taekwon-do helps Students develop their confidence, fitness and self-defence abilities whilst having fun. ⭐️

Class Times:

➡️4:45 to 5:30 PM - Little Leaders (4-6 year olds)

➡️5:45 to 6:30 PM - Juniors (7 year olds & above)

➡️6:45 to 7:30 PM - Higher Belts & Teens (Blue Belts & above / Teens)

Old Students & New Starters are all welcome to join! 🎉

Who would of thought that I would be teaching Taekwon-do online 😱 A few weeks ago just the thought of it completely scared me and I did have my doubts as to whether it would be practical or even possible.

But with determination and perseverance Taekwon-do-Wales have actually made it happen and it’s very successful ☺️

It has been so much fun and is definitely the highlight of my day. I really do look forward to seeing all of you on my screen.

I cannot wait for all of this to be over so that we can go back to group Classes again, but I have to admit that I am loving the ‘mute’ button 🤣
