We’re currently experiencing system issues, which means some bookings may not appear on the system and confirmation messages may not have been received.

This does NOT mean your booking has been cancelled. If you have a booking agreed with us, please attend as arranged.

Your Account Manager will contact you directly if there are any changes to your booking. If you’re unsure about any details, please contact your Account Manager.

We’re awaiting further information from our system provider about the outage and will keep you updated.
