A big thank you to Legacy In The Community and Business Wales for hosting such a fantastic event in Carmarthen!

It may have been a rainy day (and yes, my hair definitely went curly!), but the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of great conversations.

It was a pleasure to meet attendees, connect with other businesses and organisations, and share how Karen Blake Coaching supports individuals and organisations through accredited training, coaching, and career development services.

Events like this are such a great way to connect with local communities, I’m looking forward to following up with the amazing people I met.
