Are you responsible for delivering moving and positioning training in your organisation? Our 5-day Train the Trainer course will give you the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to teach safer moving and positioning techniques to your team.

We are running 3 public classroom dates in 2026 in Merthyr Tydfil, giving you the opportunity to become a qualified trainer and help improve safety and consistency in your workplace.

This course is ideal for:
✔ In-house trainers delivering manual handling training
✔ Senior carers or team leaders moving into training roles
✔ Training coordinators responsible for safer practice

During the course you will learn how to:
• Deliver effective and engaging training sessions
• Teach safe moving and positioning techniques
• Carry out risk assessments and dynamic decision making
• Use equipment and moving aids safely
• Assess competence and support learners
