As Little Angels Pre-School and Wraparound continues to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join us.
We have opportunities available in both our Breakfast and After School Clubs, working 7:30–9:30am and/or 3:00–5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You'll be working either with our nursery children or in our wraparound room with our school aged children.
No formal qualifications are required — just a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine love of working with children. If you know how to have fun and create a warm, nurturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Come and join our Little Angels family! We are looking for a Level 2/Level 3 Practitioner to join our team.

We are an independent nursery/pre-school on the grounds of Meriden C of E Primary School. In our spacious setting we have 3 separate rooms, 2 gardens and a forest area we are waiting to develop. We offer before and after school club for the school children, extended hours for the school nursery children, along with full day care for children 6 months onwards. We also offer holiday club provision for children aged 4 - 11 in our local area.

Due to the fast growth of the business we are looking for 2 extra people to join our established team. These positions are 25 – 40 hours a week, and can be all year round, term time plus 4 weeks or term time. We are flexible on this for the right person. This will include some 7.30am starts and 5.30pm finishes. We offer a childcare discount and a generous holiday entitlement. Please email us at [email protected] to request an application form.

Our nursery/pre-school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.

Meriden Primary School is closed today due to the extreme weather conditions. The school site has been deemed unsafe due to the snow & ice so we will not be opening today. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please all stay safe x

Welcome to the Yellow Room Toddler Team

The Yellow room is for babies and toddler from 6 months to 2 years old and is led by Carole. The room is split into 2 halves with the baby team and the toddler team.

Carole has worked for Little Angels since September 2021 and has a wealth of knowledge from many other nursery settings, where she has worked with children of all ages. Carole has a Level 4 in Early Years Qualification and is currently studying for her Level 5 Lead Practitioner. Carole enjoys weekends away in her motorhome, holidays abroad and family days out.

Alana completed her Level 3 Certificate in Childcare and Education at college and joined Little Angels in June 2022. Alana loves spending time with her family and also enjoys going to watch Aston Villa with her family.

Mila joined the Little Angels team in September 2025 and has started her Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification with us. Mila attended our toddler groups as a qualified childminder since 2018 and her own children have attended Little Angels.

Gabby joined Little Angels in September 2023 as a volunteer as part of her Early Years degree. Gabby soon became a paid member of the team and has worked with all age groups in her time with us. After completing her degree last summer Gabby is now at Worcester University doing her PGCE with her placement at Meriden Primary school where her 2 daughters attend.

We had great fun last week celebrating Nursery Rhyme week in the Purple Room. The children really enjoyed singing the songs and all brought this into their play over the course of the week. At one point all the children were pretending to be little ducks, swimming around the room together.

Extremely proud to share that we had a routine Enviromental Health visit this morning and achieved a Food Hygiene Rating of 5. 🥳

Welcome to the Purple room

The Purple room, for 2 and 3 year olds, is led by Amy. Amy has worked for Little Angels since April 2021 and she completed her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification in June 2025. Amy is new to the role of Room Lead and is already doing an amazing job.

Amy has 4 children herself and comes from a large family so has always been surrounded by children. Amy enjoyed family days out, walks with her children and looking after her nieces and nephews.

Holly joined Little Angels in August 2021, working for us and Meriden Primary school. Holly transferred to a full time job at the school, working mainly as a 1:1 TA, working across various year groups in the school. Holly came back to work for Little Angels full time in April 2025. Holly has recently started her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

Holly has a daughter who attends Meriden Primary School. Holly enjoys visiting local parks with her family, travelling and supporting Aston Villa!

Hannah joined the Little Angels team in August 2025 as a Level 2 Apprentice. Hannah has previously completed her Level 1 Childcare Qualification and is keen to progress her career in childcare. Hannah lives locally with her family and is a keen darts player, having represented England in Youth tournaments and she hopes to earn a place in the 2026 England ladies darts team.

Camp bookings are now open for children from Reception to Year 6 from any school. We are Ofsted registered & therefore can accept Childcare vouchers & payment through the tax free childcare scheme. If you are interested please email [email protected]

We offer 2 options - short day 9.00 - 3.30 £26, long day 7.30 - 5.30 £40.

How its it October already? We hope you all had a lovely summer break. We have had a very busy start to the school year with 5 new members of staff joining us, 4 members of staff starting new qualifications and a lot of new children! Settling in sessions have gone really well and we are now full to capacity in our baby room with waiting lists for January and April 2026 starts.

We already have children on our waiting lists for 2027 starts, so please get in touch sooner rather than later if you would like your child to join our Little Angels family.

We have renamed our rooms this year and we now have Yellow, Purple and Blue rooms within the nursery. We will introduce you to the room staff over the next few weeks.

We have some exciting works coming up with a new canopy and porch for our Blue Room (Wraparound/Pre-school) and we have ordered some new furniture to support learning and development in the Yellow and Purple rooms.
