Your instructors:
Andrew: he is 5th Dan with BAF, training Aikido since 1983. He is a trained sports masseur and likes a good laugh
Gudrun is a 4th Dan with BAF, training Aikido since 1989. Studying yoga teacher's training (Hatha yoga) with British Wheel of yoga and "FlowMotion" with Paul. Dojo name: seiryukan: clear flowing river
