Reminder that its World book day this Thursday, children are invited to come to preschool as their favourite characters from their favourite storybook!

We have had a lovely walk around the village this morning, we enjoyed getting out in the sunshine and playing what’s the time mr wolf 🌞

Parents and carers are reminded that the deadline to apply for a primary or first school place is 15 January 2026.

Applying on time gives families the best chance of securing a preferred school. Late applications are processed after those submitted by the deadline, which may reduce options.

✅ Parents are requested to apply online via the Parent Portal: https://orlo.uk/0ACFJ
✅ Make sure you list at least three schools (up to five maximum) and include one in your catchment area to improve your chances of a local place.
✅ Check your order of preferences carefully as applications are processed in the order you list them.
✅ Make sure you press ‘Resubmit’ if you make changes as updates won’t save unless you resubmit.
