1. Lucas Has done a variety of training methods. Mainly focusing on bodybuilding but also played around with some powerlifting/athletic performance training.
2. Lucas bungee jumped off the Eiffel Tower on his 21st birthday.
3. Lucas is half Polish and half English
4. Lucas used to drive in formula 1.
5. Worked in professional Football for two years
