Wandering Woods Forest School We offer unique, fun filled and memorable birthday parties and sessions for children and adults of a We also offer a standard and deluxe party package.

Wandering Woods Forest School offers bespoke outdoor learning sessions for children and adults. Through out the year we run birthday parties, family sessions and weekly forest school experiences. We work with Oldham Council at Churchill Playing Fields, Greenfield and Linnets Clough Scout Camp, Mellor. Our family sessions run throughout the year and cover a wide range of forest school crafts, tool

use, games and out door cooking. The group/organisation sessions can be run over a 12 week period (or longer) in order to allow the participants to become fully immersed in forest school. We can also arrange one of sessions to groups to provide a taste of what forest school can offer. These sessions will be tailor made to suit the children's level of learning, development and their interests. Or why not try one of our parent/child early years adventures sessions. These run weekly during term time and offer all a full forest school experience each week. The sessions are very much child led and are planned for around the children's needs/interests. All our parties include a theme, you can choose from our own suggestions or we can tailor make a theme to suit your child's interests. The Wandering Woods Team has a huge amount of experience working with children and adults to meet their needs. We understand the importance that forest school has in todays world and the benefits it gives to all children.

Another sunny spring sesssion. Again the children (and adults) had great fun exploring the site and searching for creepy crawlies.

The Happa Zome was a big hit and you could hear the banging of hammers all morning. The children showed great concentration designing their patterns and creating their pictures.

We got the fire going through teamwork, all the children tried really hard to use the fire steal to make a spark! Once it was lit they all enjoyed a lot of marshmallows!

Thanks again to those that came to our final session at Churchill Playing Fields.

A nice little end to our family sessions at Linnets Clough this afternoon.

The mini beast hunting and scavenger hunts kept the children engrossed for ages!

We explored the hammers through Happa Zome and created some spring inspired patterns.

There was lots of giggling in the hammock and chatting around the campfire to! Thanks to everyone that came one final time xx

We made potions, wands and broomsticks as requested by the birthday boy! The popcorn and s’mores went down a treat as well.

Then to end it all we had a race on broomsticks before flying home!
