We are delighted to have achieved our Sun Safe Nurseries Accreditation through our work with SKCIN. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to keeping children and staff safe while enjoying time outdoors.

Our accreditation solidifies our dedication to:

Our Squirrels have such an exciting time developing their fine and gross motor skills every day! From picking up objects and cutting paper to climbing, and balancing, they’re exploring their world through movement, play and discovery..

Alongside their physical adventures, they’re diving into fun maths activities—counting, sorting, and discovering shapes—which helps their minds grow just as much as their bodies.

Did you know that your local Family Hub offers a wide range of support, activities, and advice for families with young children? From stay-and-play sessions and parenting support to health advice, early learning opportunities, and help with family wellbeing, there's something for everyone.

Family Hubs are a great place to connect with other parents, access local services, and find support when you need it.

Our toddlers have been taking great care of their growing sunflowers! 🌻

Today, the children helped to repot the sunflower seedlings into larger pots so they have more room to grow big and strong. They loved getting hands-on with the soil and watering their plants afterwards. We are so excited to keep watching our sunflowers grow taller each day! 🌞

Our babies have enjoyed a fun day of sensory play! ✨

They explored textures and colour mixing by painting on tin foil with brushes, and continued to develop their fine motor skills by threading pasta onto pipe cleaners. 🖌️🧵

Lots of learning through play in the Baby Room!

Please can anyone recommend a gardener to regularly tend to and upkeep the nursery gardens for us? Thank you.

🚓👮‍♂️ What an exciting day at nursery! 👮‍♀️🚓

We were very lucky to have some special visitors from the police come and spend some time with us this morning. The children loved learning all about how they help keep us safe in our community.

There were lots of smiles as everyone had a turn trying on a real police hat, and some of our little ones even got to sit inside the police car! The highlight for many was hearing the sirens up close – very loud but very exciting! 🚨

A big thank you to our wonderful visitors for making it such a fun and memorable experience for the children. We’ve definitely got a few future police officers in the making! 😊
