The countdown is on for our fantastic Shaw School Summer Fete on Saturday 20th June, 3pm–6pm, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone for an afternoon of fun, food, games and community spirit.

Something for the whole family to enjoy, including hot dogs, ice creams, games, raffles, lucky dip, activities and much more.

This year we’re encouraging everyone to visit our new PTA Events platform before the fete. Not only can you keep up to date with upcoming events, but you can also purchase raffle tickets and prepaid game cards in advance, helping you beat the queues and enjoy more of the day.

We’re also still looking for volunteers. Whether you can spare an hour or help for longer, every bit of support makes a huge difference. Volunteer sign-up is available through the PTA Events website.

Parents and Friends of Shaw are delighted to launch our Summer Fete Raffle, with a fantastic selection of prizes generously donated by local businesses and supporters.

From family days out, beauty treatments and sporting experiences to vouchers, gifts and much more, there is something for everyone to win.

Raffle booklets have been handed out to children this week. Every ticket purchased helps us raise valuable funds to support the school and provide additional opportunities and resources for our children.

A huge thank you to all the businesses who have kindly donated prizes and to everyone who continues to support our fundraising efforts.

Join us for a fantastic afternoon of summer fun at the PaFoS Summer Fete on Saturday 20th June from 3pm–6pm at Shaw Primary School.

With free entry and something for everyone to enjoy, it’s the perfect family day out. There will be music, inflatables, candy floss and popcorn supplied by Louma Events, plus a bar and snacks available throughout the event.

Enjoy a variety of stalls and games, take part in the adults’ and children’s tombola, adopt a teddy, and enjoy many more exciting activities.

To any residents of Shaw and Whitley and adjacent villages: Shaw Primary School is updating their travel plan with the help of members from the Board of Governors, PAFOS (PTA), Staff and Parents as well as advisors from CAWS (Community Action Whitley and Shaw).

In order to make our case to Wiltshire Council and potentially take any measures to create a safer and more efficient route through our villages for our children, families and residents we need to hear from you!

Our Easter Eggstravaganza Event is happening on Friday 20th March, and we need some amazing helpers to make it a fantastic day for the children!
