🎒📚 Giving every child the very best start to school.
We are delighted to be providing all new Reception starters across our primary schools with a Transition Bag as they prepare for this exciting next step in their educational journey.
Filled with informative leaflets, a storybook, creative resources and activities to enjoy at home, the bags are designed to support children and families before they start school, helping young learners build confidence and develop key skills. Over 1,000 bags will be distributed across our schools for our September Reception Staters.
At The White Horse Federation, we are committed to giving every child the very best start in life and believe that strong partnerships between home and school are key to helping children thrive from day one.

A huge thank you to Melksham News for covering our Year 6s last day with us. Emotions were high as the children were clapped through school by the other children, staff and finally their parents as they left primary school for the last time

When it’s too hot for the hall, we take our disco outside! Huge well done to the Bowerhill Buddies for quickly adapting to the new plans (especially allowing everyone to get home for the football! 🏴) and making it one to remember for our Year 6 leavers in particular. Unfortunately they were well and truly beaten by the staff in the dance off!

Our 3rd "Project Theatre" complete!
We were delighted to take 170 pupils to The Bristol Hippodrome to watch the most incredible performance of Matilda The Musical. This is the 3rd year that we have been able to send our children in Years 4, 5 and 6 to theatre. Thanks to our amazing Bowerhill Buddies, it hasn't cost our parents a penny!
This means that our very lucky Year 6 children have now seen: Aladdin, Scouts! The Musical and Matilda- all courtesy of the Buddies!
