Dear parents/carers,
Mayfield School has taken the decision to pause SPARK camp for 2025. Next summer, the school's ceramics department will be hosting an international ceramics summer school, an important step for the school's international development in ceramics. Secondly, the swimming pool will be closed all summer 2025. This is in order to replace the boiler room and refurbish the pool liner. This is major and important maintenance work that cannot wait any longer.
With these considerations in mind, there will be no SPARK camp next summer.
We will review this decision next year.
We are very sorry to disappoint, especially after such a tremendously successful SPARK 2024 led by Lynette and her inspiring team.
