Carrick Tae Kwon Do is a Taekwondo club in Maybole run by Mr Connor Mulgrew 4th Degree Black Belt, BTC and TAGB qualified instructor.

Classes are open to children aged 4+ and adults, and take place on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Carrick Tae Kwon Do is a new martial arts club coming to Carrick Academy in August. Through the classes we will aim to teach: teamwork, fitness, co-ordination, discipline, confidence, and respect. The classes will be run by Mr Connor Mulgrew 3rd degree black belt who has been training in Tae Kwon Do for

10 years, and a Scotland Internationalist and holds multiple national titles. Classes will take place on:

Tuesday
6-7pm Juniors (5-9 years)
7-8pm Seniors (10+ years)

Thursday
6-7pm Juniors (5-9 years)
7-8pm Seniors (10+ years)

Wow, 4 year Anniversary for our small club. Amazing to think we started this 4 years ago and we are hopefully about to get our first black belts at the upcoming grading in October. There is a great family feel to the club with kids and adults all helping each other achieve their goals - here's a wee snapshot of photos over the years

Only a couple weeks to go until the next coloured belt grading so make sure you’re getting along to class.

Also if you have a form for the Scottish Championships can you please get it back to me this week.

5 weeks to go until the next coloured belt grading and 6 weeks until the Scottish Championships, so if you’re wanting to grade or compete make sure you get yourself to class!

We’re back!
