Hello everyone
Just a little check in- how are you all? I hope you’ve made lots of family memories and had a wonderful summer. Please remember to email if you need anything- [email protected]

One more full week of the summer holidays and a reminder that children begin back at school on Wednesday 2nd September.

Staff will be back in school on 1st September where we’ll be discussing school development priorities and receiving critical training in anaphylaxis and “Benedict’s Law.” We fully recognise the importance of keeping all members of our school family and wider community safe, and, as of September, school will keep an emergency supply of EpiPens on site.

To our neighbours and friends in the community, please remember we have these if you find yourself in a situation requiring emergency medication for allergic reactions.

Parents and carers, we will be inviting you in to school in the first week to discuss further if your child has any allergies.

For now, though, have a wonderful rest-of- August and we can’t wait to see you on the 2nd September!

Hello everyone

It’s been a very busy few weeks at Ss Peter and Paul’s! Myself (and my family, who were also recruited!) and Mr Boag have been sorting, cleaning and planning for what our lovely school needs to further develop for the future. There’s been meetings with various people and more booked in for September to make sure we continue to develop high quality learning environments.

A highlight of The Big Sort was finding the school log books from 1969, and photographs of potential generations of Ss Peter and Paul’s pupils. We’ve kept those, as an important reminder of the rich history this school has as part of the Mawdesley community.

To the children in Class One

-your classroom may look a little bit different than you remember and some things may have moved or gone from the room. I know changes can feel a bit strange. Don’t worry, though, you’ll have everything you need for learning and you’ll be helping to make our classroom special. I can’t wait to see you on 2nd September, when we can start to display your work on the walls. This will soon help your classroom feel more like home. 🙂

What an amazing school family we have 💙

Success at Ss Peter and Paul's, Mawdesley is never only judged on test scores and data. We're proud of every child and celebrate everyone as individuals, reflected in our Mission;

Encouraging everyone to be unique
