For all those babies we have lost whether that be an early loss, further into pregnancy, infertility, loss after birth or any other form of loss we are thinking of you all tonight 🩵💜

I sit here tonight thinking of the baby we never got to meet in 2022 and the baby we lost in May last year and our Charlie’s twin who didn’t make it earthside.Feel free to pop your photos in the comments or tag me in your wave of light stories and let’s spread the wave of light and show everyone who has suffered a loss we care 🩵💜

What a busy session we had this morning was lovely to meet lots of new mamas and even an OG returned with her second baby 💜 thank you Melissa from Melissa for coming along and letting us know what she does and her getting to know Mini Marston’s and what we are about.
Next week we have our lovely Lucy from Baby Sensory Toys and Baby Gifts joining us with all her sensory toys for babies great opportunity to get some Xmas pressies 🎅🏻 Lucy also sells personalised Xmas stockings so you can also pre order them ☺️ Take a look at her website before next week ☺️

Also have a change to my Monday November baby massage course start date instead of the 2nd will now start the following week on the 9th if you would like any more info pop me a message. Or if you would like to book use the booking link in my bio or below. There is still some space on the Thursday course as well which starts on the 5th of November.

4 months of exclusively pumping 😅

I never realised until this journey as my other 3 were bottle fed the time, patience, energy and clock watching that went into exclusively pumping.

The early days were hard having to pump even when Charlie was sleeping but now it’s not so bad as I don’t need to pump as much. I take my hat off to all the mamas who do this because wow it’s not easy.

Did you know I can offer breastfeeding support as I’m trained from working in maternity? So if you need some support you can join me on a Wednesday morning at our baby session come anytime between 9:30-11:30 and we can have a chat. Or if you would like some 1-1 support or just a chat pop me a message 💜

I don’t know when this journey will end for me but for now we carry on 💜

Spaces available on the Monday and Thursday small class size for you to sit back and relax and enjoy that time with your baby.
Our massage course is 5 weeks long and everything is provided from the oil to refreshments for you.

Festive afternoon tea 🎄

Come and join me on Monday the 7th of December for a festive afternoon tea, babies are welcome and will receive a little gift from me 💜
Feel free to come along if your pregnant as well

Cost is £30 this includes your afternoon tea and gift for baby.
Location: Moreteyne Manor in Marston Moretaine
Time: 12:30-14:30
This filled up quickly last year and was such a lovely event just before Christmas 🎄

💚💚World mental health day💚💚

Here’s a little snippet about my own mental health over the years 💚

Mental health is the reason I run my Wednesday baby session during my pregnancy with Lorcan my mental health was at rock bottom. It was one of the reasons I closed Mini Marston’s completely for a few months whilst pregnant as my mask had slipped and I just couldn’t face people 💚

This time postpartum I’ve struggled a bit 🫣 caught myself early on and not ashamed to say I’m now medicated 💚

If I had reached out and spoke about how I felt like I can do now I know the support would of been there this is the sole reason for Wednesdays sessions it’s not just about taking the baby to a group it’s about you the parent being able to speak openly about your worries, your mental health, the positives, the negatives and everything in between. It’s a safe space and if you are pregnant and feeling how I felt whilst pregnant please come along too. 💚

As well as the Wednesday group a new session called Mini Marston’s mental health matters will be launching soon 💚

We will empower each other and talk it through.
Never feel alone. Not only is the door of Mini Marston’s open but so is the inbox. We also have a WhatsApp group 💚

Not so full on as last week was but a lot of fun was had 💜
My September baby massage courses came to an end this week it always shocks me how quickly 5 weeks go by💜
