Had a lovely afternoon yesterday running a mark-making to music session. These sessions are not necessarily about what you create, but what happens during the time you are with me.

Great connections with like-minded people, time just for you to ‘play’ and take time to trust your unconscious mind.

Quite often in the silence, answer come & creative thoughts of next steps evolve without the need to push anything.

I would say it’s magic, but it’s actually science, we often forget we have the answers inside ourselves, it’s silencing the chatter enough to listen.

It's been a while since I created a SPECIFIC vision board. I had a lot of really positive conversations last week and to have clarity about what I want and where I want to be involved is brilliant.

So I am putting it out there publicly for the 'stars to align' for the opportunities to come to fruition, and so that I continue with the passion I have to be able to do exactly what I want with the people I want to do it with, at the right time.

Sometimes, you just have to accept, wait and follow up when the time is right.

Things look very different, but there is an excitement for freshness and to be able to bring coaching and 'healing' to more people!!

I’ve got some very bold plans, but I need your help!

After many changes in my life I have started to create something incredible to help more people with their mental wellbeing.

The reality is, I am part time in my business now (hey mum 👋) and I am looking for stability and a regular income doing what I am brilliant at!

With 26 years of teaching and coaching, a successful track record of lives changed, I am looking to commit to 2 local business working with their people on a temporary contract of 6-12 months for 1-4 days a month, including profiling, coaching and group facilitation.

I’m not talking about coming in and telling you how to run your business, I’m talking by about looking after your team’s personal wellbeing!!
