⭐️Just 2 rooms remaining on my Tarifa yoga retreats⭐️

🙆🏼‍♀️Join me for 3nights in our beautiful private villa, set in a nature reserve, with sea views and a short walk to a long sandy beach.

💗There is oxygen advantage breathwork to start each day, yin Yang flows in the morning too.

🌊Plenty of free time to relax by one of the pools, take a dip in the sea or head into Tarifa town to be tempted by the wonderful shops.

🧘‍♀️ The afternoon sessions are all about slowing down. Yin and yoga nidra or Restorative yoga and a Soundbath lead us towards dinner.

🥘 The villas amazing chefs Kate and Tracey proved the most nourishing, delicious and locally sourced food. This retreat is as much about the food as it is about the yoga.

I’m so happy to share details of my next Blissful Escape. This time teaming up with the incredibly talented Erin of Nurtured Beaty.

You can expect an evening of blissful relaxation, gentle breathwork, bolster yoga and a serene sound meditation.

There will also be hands on adjustments to encourage your body to melt even more deeply into the floor.

Family Yoga Easter Holiday Special at Flow, Marlow.

Join us this Easter for a gentle, playful Family Yoga class designed for one parent and one child (under 16). This session is all about moving, breathing, and having fun together, a chance to slow down, stretch, and share some quality time during the holidays.

We’ll explore simple partner poses, mindful movement, and calming breathwork that’s suitable for all levels. No experience needed, just bring yourselves, a sense of curiosity, and comfy clothes.

A lovely way to connect, reset, and enjoy a moment of calm as a family.
