We are open to adult and junior (11 yrs and up) beginners at any time. No previous experience of martial arts required.

A great session last night at Marlow Taekwon-Do. Slightly different focus this week. As week as the usual fundamental techniques, padwork and sparring drills we focused on flying kicks for the first time in a while. Great to see people getting airborne.

A more relaxed session this week at Marlow Taekwon-Do after the grading last week and a busy weekend at the UK Open Championships. Focused on fundamental techniques, patterns (with new patterns to be taught) and step sparring. Still had a bit of time for padwork though.

A tough day at the office today for Noah but he came away with a creditable bronze in sparring, losing to the eventual winner, but you have to be in it to win it, so you should be proud of yourself. Silver next time!

Thanks to Kayla and Francesco from Thames Valley Pro Taekwon-Do for their coaching support
