It’s been 30 years since I started Roger Gracie Academy Marlow Genesis Kickboxing 🤯

My first class was the first Monday in September, 1996 at Spinfield School in Marlow.

30 years of amazing people, moments and memories to which I’m forever thankful for.

But also 30 years of sacrifices and risking it for something I love.
