A huge thank you to all the parents who contributed to our meal at the Ivy this lunch time. You are all very kind and the staff enjoyed a lovely meal in air conditioned surroundings. Which I must say was a welcome relief after the heat of the church hall this morning.

Dear All
It was with great sadness that on Tuesday I had to announce to the staff and parents of Jack and Jill that the preschool would be closing its doors for good on Wednesday 20th July 2022
The preschool has been operating out of the All Saints Church Hall for nearly 40 years. Personally, I have been running Jack and Jill since 1998. During this time, I have seen many changes and have managed to find solutions with the support of Caroline for the numerous challenges that we have faced in recent years.
Unfortunately, the reality of the current situation is something neither of us can change. The continuing decline in the birth rate coupled with a shortfall in the government funding we receive for the 3- and 4-year-olds means the preschool is no longer financially viable.
It was with a very heavy heart that I made this decision. I love working with the children, helping them develop and getting them ready for the next stage in their education is so rewarding. Jack and Jill has been my life for 25 years and closing down will leave a huge void that will be very difficult to fill.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the Jack and Jill staff, past and present, who have helped so many Marlow children at the start of their educational journeys, and also many thanks to all you parents who have supported the preschool over the years.

The children at Jack and Jill enjoyed their last morning before Christmas making party hats, reindeer food and dancing to Christmas music.
We wish you all a happy and healthy Christmas - stay safe and we will see you in the New Year on January 10th 2022

The first week of the new term has been a success with all the children coming in happy to play and meet their friends

Hi Everyone
We are back to preschool on Monday 6th September
You will all come in the same door as last term but we have arranged the inside of the hall differently. We are no longer in year group bubbles- the children will be able to mix and access all parts of the room and resources

Hi Everyone
Today saw the end of term at Jack and Jill and the beginning of the summer holidays.
I want to thank you all for your lovely and thoughtful gifts.
The school leavers all posed in their tee shirts at the end of the morning session before the picnic in the park. All the staff wish them well for September.
