Ramsbury Pre-School

For those of you who enjoy buying fresh local ‘Airfield’ eggs from outside Pre-School I am sad to say that someone has removed the money pot from beside the eggs. The fabulous Wilson (Chessy Wilson ) family who provide the eggs will be investigating other ways in which you can make payment. A real shame that it has come to this.

Wow! What an evening we had. It may have been 30 degrees but we had so much fun at our art and cocktails night. A HUGE thankyou to Georgie Weedon for proving to us all that anyone can paint and come home with something you can be truly proud of.

Have you ever wondered what makes Ramsbury Pre-School the special place it is? Have you ever wanted to take a peek inside? Well, on Wednesday 12th June between 6-8pm we will be giving you the opportunity to visit and see for yourselves what it is like to be a child at Ramsbury Pre-School! Staff will be on hand to answer questions and explain how we support and nurture each and every child. You will be able to learn more about funding and enrolment for September 2024 as well as explore first hand the Pre-School space. Pop the 12th June into your diaries and we look forward to welcoming you all into our “outstanding’ setting! What a wonderful half term this has been learning all about nature and new life. We are so excited to see four chicks hatch from the eggs we have been incubating and our outdoor woodland classroom has been loved by our rising fours. The children have been learning about bugs, sticks, den building, challenging themselves.

World book day seemed the perfect day to launch our very special lending library. The children were all eager to browse and select their book which we hope will be the first of many. If you are passing by the Pre-School please stop and have a look. This is open to all families. We just want to share the love of reading and books with everyone. A huge thank you to Tom Woods who crafted the book store. We have been planning to do this for many years and it is wonderful to see it finally happen. Happy reading all!
