💚 Mental Health Awareness Level 1 – learn from home

Would you like to better understand mental health, recognise when someone may be struggling and feel more confident supporting your own wellbeing and others?

Our Mental Health Awareness Level 1 course is delivered in a live online classroom, meaning you can join from home, wherever you are.

During the course, you'll explore:
🧠 What mental health is and why it matters
💬 Common mental health conditions
👀 Recognising signs of poor mental health
💚 Supporting your own mental wellbeing
🤝 Ways to support others
🌱 Challenging stigma and promoting inclusion
📍 Where to find help and further support

📚 8 weeks
⏸️ No sessions during half terms or on 17 December
