✨ Pegasus Nursery & Preschool are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our lovely team! ✨

We’re a friendly, caring setting where children’s care, happiness, learning and development are at the heart of everything we do. 🌈

We believe our staff are just as important as the children we care for, and we want every member of our team to feel valued, supported and appreciated. You’ll be part of a team where your ideas matter, your hard work is recognised, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and have fun along the way! 🥰

👶 The role:
⭐ Nursery Practitioner & Transition Lead.
⭐ Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) required.
⭐ Immediate start available, subject to DBS clearance.
⭐ A chance to become a valued member of our Pegasus team!

We’re looking for someone who is caring, enthusiastic, fun, reliable and passionate about giving children the best possible start. If you’re the kind of person who doesn’t mind getting down on the floor, joining in with imaginary tea parties and singing nursery rhymes at the top of your voice… you might just be the person we’re looking for! 🫖🧸🎶

What A Weekend!! 🙌🏼☀️💪🪏🪓🔨🪵

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing staff team and parent helpers who gave up their weekend to get stuck in and help with the garden renovations here at Pegasus. We genuinely couldn’t have achieved half of what we have without each and every one of you! ❤️

As someone said this weekend, “Rome wasn’t built in a day!” 🏛️ while we’ve made some incredible progress, it’s still very much a work in progress. We’ve got some exciting plans underway, so watch this space… 👀✨

We’re especially excited to make the most of our newly created space now that the oil tank surround has been demolished and we have a lovely open-plan area to work with! 🌱

Thank you again to everyone who gave their time, energy and hard work this weekend. We’re so excited to put our fundraising money to good use and see this space continue to take shape! ☺️💚

We are absolutely delighted to share that our official published Ofsted report is now here! 🎉📖

This is such a proud moment for everyone at Pegasus, and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate it with our wonderful families and community. 💛

A huge thank you to our incredible team for showing the inspectors exactly what makes Pegasus so special. From the way we support and nurture our children, to the experiences and opportunities we provide, every member of our team goes above and beyond each and every day to ensure our children feel safe, happy, valued and confident to learn and thrive. 🌱✨

Over the past year, we have worked incredibly hard to create a calm, nurturing and inspiring environment where our children can flourish, develop their independence and enjoy their early years to the fullest.

Seeing that hard work reflected in our published Ofsted report makes us incredibly proud. ❤️

To our amazing team — thank you for everything you do. Your dedication, passion and commitment to our children shines through every single day, and we couldn’t be prouder of you! 🥰

Lots of fun at Holiday Club today! ☀️

What have we been up to?…
☀️ Squeezing our soapy sponges and scrunchies.
☀️ Using our fine motor skills to create repeated patterns with the threading gems.
☀️ Creating star collages.
☀️ Riding on the outdoor toys then the children used their initiative and decided to wash them with the sponges.
☀️ Outdoor play turned into a waterfight!!!

Lots of fun had by all! ☺️

Please go and support the village hall in Osgodby, as a nursery we use them for many of our events and are lucky to be able to use their grounds regularly to enhance the children’s learning. 🌭 🍔 ☕️

And that’s a wrap!! ☀️🌞

Today has been an emotional one! Every year we say goodbye to our wonderful Rising 5s, and you’d think it would get easier… but it never does. Saying goodbye is always the hardest part. 💛😢

Each and every child has brought so much joy to Pegasus. We’ve been privileged to watch you reach incredible milestones, grow in confidence, make wonderful friendships, and create memories that will stay with us forever. Every child’s learning journey is unique, and it has been an honour to be part of yours.

We are so incredibly proud of each and every one of you and can’t wait to see what the future holds. You are all more than ready for your exciting Primary School adventures, and we know you’ll go on to do amazing things! 🌟📚

To all of our wonderful families, thank you for trusting us to care for your precious little ones. We know choosing a nursery is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, and we feel truly honoured that you chose Pegasus to be part of your child’s early years journey. Your support, kindness, and trust have meant the world to us, and we are so grateful for every one of you.
