🎉 PMAS Market Rasen Turns 3! 🎉
Today, I’m incredibly proud to celebrate 3 years of PMAS Market Rasen.
I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to every single person who has supported the club throughout the years—both past and present.
Your dedication, commitment, and trust have helped shape PMAS Market Rasen into what it is today.
It has been a privilege to be part of your martial arts journey, and equally rewarding to have you be part of mine.
Watching students grow in confidence, skill, resilience, and character is one of the greatest joys of being an instructor.
Every achievement, no matter how big or small, is something to be celebrated.
A special thank you goes to Ava and Paige for all of your hard work, support on the floor, and willingness to help wherever needed.
Your contributions are greatly appreciated.
I would also like to recognise Alice, who supports students across all of my clubs and has consistently stepped up whenever needed.
Your dedication and reliability never goes unnoticed.
Finally, a huge thank you to my parents, who are always there helping me pack up at the end of the night and offering their unwavering support.
Your help means more than words can express.
As we begin our fourth year, I look forward to seeing even more goals achieved, challenges overcome, and successes celebrated.
The future is bright, and I am excited to continue helping each of you progress on your kickboxing journey.

Lastly thank-you to my instructor for many years of training and knowledge. And for helping me reach my 5th Dan that I hold today.
