🥋❤️ A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO FREDDIE ON ACHIEVING HIS 1ST DAN BLACK BELT! ❤️🥋

As a former student of our Market Rasen club, it gives us so much pride and pleasure to celebrate this incredible achievement with Freddie.

Freddie first started training with me as a much younger boy, and I can honestly say it has been a very special journey watching him grow, develop, and work towards this amazing milestone.

When Freddie first began his martial arts journey, maintaining focus and concentration was sometimes a challenge for him, particularly in relation to his ADHD. We worked together to find the right approach, putting structure, guidance, patience, and encouragement in place to help him channel his energy, build his focus, and develop the confidence to believe in himself.

And look at him now! 🥋👊
With the right support, consistent guidance, determination, and plenty of hard work, Freddie continued to grow and develop, proving just how much can be achieved when a young person is given the encouragement and opportunity to thrive in their own way.

His journey is a wonderful reminder that every student is different, everyone learns in their own way, and sometimes the greatest achievements come from the progress made along the way, as well as the goal itself.

Freddie, you should be incredibly proud of yourself. Achieving your 1st Dan Black Belt is a huge accomplishment, and one that represents so much more than martial arts ability. It reflects your perseverance, commitment, resilience, and the effort you have put into becoming the martial artist you are today.

It has been a privilege to have played a part in the early stages of your journey, and to see how far you have come makes this achievement all the more special.

A massive well done to you, Freddie, and a huge congratulations to your family, too, for supporting you along the way.

Never underestimate how far you can go when you believe in yourself, embrace your individuality, and keep working towards your goals. Your black belt is not the end of your journey, but the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Keep pushing forward, keep believing in yourself, and keep showing the world what you are capable of.

Paige, who is part of our kickboxing coaching team, has done an incredible job supporting and encouraging our younger members.

🥊👏 She has such a lovely way with our students, helping them feel welcome, confident and part of our team. ❤️

It’s also been wonderful to see how much Paige has grown in herself since joining us.

🌟 Her confidence, dedication and the way she connects with our students make us so proud to have her as part of our coaching family.

Lovely to see everyone and have the more fuller sessions after summer ☀️

Welcoming Colin to the coaching team last night....who did a great job alongside Ava and Paige. And Freddie will soon be welcomed to the floor of our Junior class.

They are all students of PMAS....so they have a good understanding on the training floor.

Paige and Ava are now on their college journey, but still showing up to help where they can. But do incredibly well with our introductorys.

Fantastic training session last night.
