Looking for something new for you or your child? Come and give karate a try at Dee Tee Soot Karate Academy!

Our classes are friendly, welcoming and suitable for complete beginners as well as those with martial arts experience.

👦 Kids Karate – Ages 4+
⏰ 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Helping children develop confidence, discipline, respect, fitness and focus while having fun and learning practical martial arts skills.

🥋 Teenagers & Adults
⏰ 7:30pm – 9:00pm
A great way to improve fitness, confidence, flexibility and self-defence skills, whatever your starting level.

⭐ FIRST CLASS FREE! ⭐
After that, classes are just £7 per session.

Just a quick reminder, start back at Little Bowden hall tomorrow evening. 6.30-7.30pm for kids and 7.30-9.00pm adults. Looking forward to getting back to training after the summer break :)

Great News - Confirmation that this Thursday is good to go for training :) Happy doesn't even come close.....However I'm sure come Friday morning my body may be saying something slightly different.
Kids 6.30pm - 7.30pm, Adults 7.3pm till 9.00pm Meadowdale School.
Look forward to seeing you all and see what we can remember - its been a while, I'm sure after a couple of weeks back the body will eventually catch up.
I'm sure parents are looking forward to an hour to themselves again, and coming back to collect them (please do remember) with a little less energy so they can get a good nights sleep.
As lock down rules are starting to release a little I would still encourage masks and social distancing when dropping, and collecting, if we haven't got your details (mobile numbers) please let us have them so we can add you to the Whatsapp Group to help with communications.

Hi everyone, hope you are all keeping safe and well! Just to let you all know we are hoping it won't be too long before we can start training again, and we will of course keep you updated, as I'm sure you are all looking forward to getting rid of some excess energy! Watch this space......

In light of the recent announcement by the government, unfortunately Thursday evening Karate at Meadowdale will have to be put on hold for the 4 weeks during lockdown. So disheartening as the turn out has been absolutely amazing since we started back, and even having some new faces joining us. Thank you all for supporting us and returning after the extended break, and hopefully we will be able to resume after lockdown. Please take care of yourselves and your families we will post on here and communicate should we have any positive changes. Best Regards Craig, David and Jamie

BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!
Dee Tee Soot will be starting back this Thursday (1st Oct) at Meadowdale.
As its been a while - just a reminder: kids 6.30-7.30, adults 7.30-9.00
Please be aware we will be implementing government guidelines to ensure we comply, so please be patient with us whilst we adjust.
Parents if you can please queue in an orderly fashion with social distancing, we will try and transition you in and out swiftly. Please wear facemasks whilst dropping and collecting your child/children, and please bring the correct money to avoid any unnecessary contact. I know this will be a challenge for some, but please have your little ones with their belts tied, as we won't be able to do them.
Obviously there will be some limitations as to what we can do in the classes, but we would love to see as many of you back as possible (assuming you and your child/children are comfortable) and get some karate classes going again.
Please note NO Tuesday classes currently, Thursday Classes only at Meadowdale at the moment.
If you should have any queries or concerns please feel free to contact us and we will do our very best to answer and reassure.
