As we settle back in to a new year, we're recognising how far we've come.

🎉Today we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the opening of the nursery🎉

Originally under the name 'Harborough Montessori Pre-School', we started life in a shared premises, moving to our own dedicated building in 2006.

"My thanks go out to the staff who have worked at the nursery over the years, past and present.
And to the families we have welcomed over the years, many of whom continue to support our community, we couldn't have done this without you. 💜

We'd love to hear about your experiences with our nursery and how your children have grown since."

Remember - it's photo day tomorrow! 📸

Andy the photographer will be taking photos of the children in front of a festive background, they'll be great gifts for family and friends🎄

If your child doesn't normally attend a Thursday morning session and you would like their photo taken, you will need to be at nursery at 9.30am (parents will need to wait whilst their child’s photo is taken after which you can take them home)

Singing songs and rhymes with your little one is a great way to build their language and communication skills from the very start - equipping them with the skills they need to thrive at school.

This we’re sharing a top tip each day to help you make the most of rhyme time together.

🎶🎶 Tip 1: Try singing face-to-face with your little one. Your baby learns so much from your facial expressions! As you sing they may watch your mouth, which will help them learn how to make the sounds they need to build their first words. 🎶🎶

Wishing our children and families who have now started school a smooth settling-in experience 💜

We've now finished for the summer break 🤗

We would like to thank all of our parents, carers and guardians for the fantastic turnout for Sports Day and picnic on Wednesday⚽

We wish all of our children a successful transition to school and look forward to hearing how they get on.

And for our returning families, we look forward to welcoming you back when we open on Wednesday 30th August for another exciting school year.

Huge thank you to our amazing group of staff who have supported our children and families this year💛
