Gli gnocchi hanno origini molto antiche e si può affermare che sono originari dell’Italia del nord 🇮🇹 in particolare delle regioni di Lombardia, Piemonte e Veneto. Nascono come piatto povero e la loro provenienza risale a quando le patate vennero importate in Italia dall’America.
