Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision, and our EYFS Open Events are a great opportunity to see what makes Farndon Fields such a special place to learn and belong.

Come and meet Ms Harrison (Headteacher), senior leaders and Reception teachers. You'll have the chance to visit our Reception classroom, tour the school and find out more about how we help every child settle, learn and flourish.

Do you have the confidence to lead a classroom and keep learning moving?

Farndon Fields Primary School is looking for a Cover Supervisor to work across the school, leading classes during teacher absence and ensuring pupils continue to learn in a positive, purposeful environment.

You will be responsible for managing whole classes, delivering teacher-planned learning, maintaining high expectations and building positive relationships with children.

We are looking for someone who:
✅ Has experience working with children in an educational setting
✅ Can confidently lead groups of pupils
✅ Has strong communication and behaviour management skills
✅ Believes that every minute of learning counts

This role would suit someone with school-based experience who is looking to develop further in education. Depending on experience and qualifications, there are opportunities to work towards readiness for teacher training.

SEN Learning Support Assistant

Could you be the person who helps a child believe in themselves?

At Farndon Fields Primary School, we believe every child deserves to feel they belong and flourish. We are looking for a caring, patient and committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

Working primarily in Key Stage 2 in the first instance, you will support individual pupils and small groups to overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and make progress. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to help children achieve their best.

We are looking for someone who: ✅ Enjoys working with children

🎒✨ It is nearly Back to School time at Farndon Fields! ✨🎒

We hope all of our families have had a wonderful summer break.

We are looking forward to welcoming our children back to school on Tuesday 25th August. School will restart for pupils in Years 1 to 6 at 8:45am, and we can't wait to see everyone and hear all about their summer adventures!

Families with children starting Reception will have already received their individual start dates and times by email before the summer holidays. If you are unable to locate this information, please get in touch.

Emails with further details about the Autumn Term will be sent on Monday 24th August, including links for "meet the teachers" meetings.
